Empanelment of Advocates 2022
In order to represent ICAI before the Hon. Supreme Court, all High Courts, and other Courts in Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Delhi, Kanpur, and in various Tribunals/Appellate Authorities across India and in other cities, as well as for other advisory services, the Legal Directorate of the Institute proposes to appoint Advocates/Advocates-on-Record for a period of four years and to appoint Retainer Advocate(s) in New Delhi. Applications are being accepted from qualified attorneys with more than five years of experience practicing law in a variety of courts, specializing in constitutional law, corporate law, civil law, criminal law, labour law, service law, property law, or disciplinary matters.
The Institute’s website has an google application form available. On or before August 16, 2022, applicants may submit their applications online using Google Form (which, after successful submission, will be available in the applicant’s email box from which he/her may take the final filled-out printout), and then send the duly signed Printout & Declarations of the same along with self-attested copies of all pertinent documents to the address below.
